FAIR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

In order to monitor our product-relevant supply chain, partners with potential risks are required to conduct verifiable annual control audits in accordance with globally applicable social standards (e.g. ICTI, BSCI, SMETA). These include requirements for fair employment conditions with regard to wages, working hours, working conditions, co-determination, freedom of association and also the prohibition of any discrimination as well as the prohibition of child or forced labour.

Protection of human rights

In our cooperation with partners and suppliers, we ensure today and in the future that human rights are respected, fair working conditions prevail and the environment is protected. To this end, we engage in dialogue with our suppliers and provide support where necessary. In order to uncover possible violations, we will offer a reporting portal for information on violations in the future - naturally while maintaining anonymity.
